Submit the departure notification

Submit it to the International Student Section 2 weeks before your moving date.

Clean the room properly before the room inspection.

• inside the microwave
• inside the refrigerator
• No personal items should be left inside or outside the House.

Have a room inspection.

Please stay in the room for the inspection

＜if you have rented bedding＞

　　Please leave it in the room.

Please fold it properly.

• ＜For those staying in family/couple rooms＞

　　Payment for utilities

1. Receive the invoice from the manager during the room inspection.
2. Make the payment at the Internatioal Student Section
   (exact change only if paying in cash).

Return the room key.

Please return it to the International Student Section.
