入居手続き Application

(1)	入居願をダウンロードする Download the application form.	・ EXCEL ・ PDF
(2)	在学期間を記入する Enter the Period of Stay at TUT.	入学許可証等に記載してある日付を記入 Enter the date shown on your admission letter or related documents.
(3)	入居日を決定する Determine the move-in date.	費用の日割り計算はしていません。１か月分の料金が必要です。 Residence fees are not prorated. Full monthly fee applies.
(4)	退去日を決定する Determine the move-out date.	退去日は、各月、25日より前の平日を記入 For the move-out date, select a weekday before the 25th. 　☆ 日本の祝日/ Holidays in Japan
(5)	その他、必要事項を記入する Complete the remaining required information.	もれなく全て記入する。 Ensure all information is completed.
(6)	入居願を提出する Submit the application form.	入居 2週間前までに、留学生支援係に提出 Submit it to the International Student Section 2 weeks before your move-in date.
