ガス・水・電気／ Utility Services

• 引っ越し先のアパートのための開始手続き
  Arrange for the start of utility services.
• １～２週間前まで／ by 1-2 weeks before you move

郵便局／ Post Office

• 転居届の提出／ change of address form
• １年間、郵便物が新住所に転送されます。
  Mail will be forwarded to your new address for one year.

市役所／City Hall

• 住民移動の届出／ change of residence
• 引越後、14日以内に届出をする。
  Submit a notification within 14 days after moving.
• 在留カードに新住所が記載される。
  Your new address will be recorded on your residence card.

大学／ University

• 新住所が書かれた在留カードのコピーを留学生支援係に提出
  Submit a copy of your updated residence card to the International Student Section.

銀行・携帯電話等／ Bank, Mobile Phone, etc.

• 銀行や携帯会社等で住所の変更をする
  Update your address at the bank, mobile phone company, etc.
