帰国時の手続き／Leaving Japan

留学ビザ／Student Visa

• 卒業後は留学ビザは無効になります。
  Your student visa will become invalid after graduation.
• 日本での滞在を続ける場合は、卒業前に、目的に応じたビザを取得すること。
  To stay in Japan after graduation, you must obtain the appropriate visa before graduating.
• 日本で就活を続ける場合は、特定活動ビザへ変更してください。
  "If continuing job hunting in Japan, please switch to a Designated Activities visa.

宿舎／Housing

• 【大学が保証人になっている場合】
  卒業後、大学は保証人になれません。
  卒業する月でアパートを解約するか、他の保証人を探してください。
  【if the university is your guarantor】
  The university cannot guarantee your lease after graduation.
  You must either cancel your apartment lease or find a new guarantor.
• 指定の期日までに管理人に退去予定日を連絡する。
  Notify your landlord of your mov-out date by the designated deadline.
• ガス・水道・電気を解約する。
  Stop utilities services.
• 部屋を掃除し、粗大ゴミや資源ゴミを始末する。
  Clean your room and remove all personal items.
  Properly dispose of lage trash and recyclables.

大学／University

□	（正規生のみ）「進路予定報告書」の提出 (regular students only) "Career Plan Report"	各系の事務室へ提出 Submit it to your department office
□	成績証明書や卒業証明書の受取り Obtain your transcript and graduation certificate.	教務課教務係 at the Student Affairs Division
□	学生証の返却／ Return your student ID.	学生課学生係／ to the Student Affairs Division

市役所／ City Hall

□	転出届 または 国外転出届の提出 File your "Notification of Moving Out."	市民課 Citizen's Affairs Division
□	マイナンバーカードの返納 Return your "My Number Card."	市民課 Citizen's Affairs Division
□	国民健康保険証の返却、保険税の精算 Return your Health Insurance card. Settle any outstanding taxes.	国保年金課 National Health Insurance and Pension Division

銀行／ Bank

• 銀行口座を解約する。
  Close your bank account.
• 振込や引き落としがある場合は、口座を開けたままにしておく。
  残金処理について、日本にいる友人に相談しておくこと。
  Keep the account open if you have deposits or automatic withdrawals.
  Consult a trusted friend in Japan about managing the remainig balance.

空港／ Airport

• 在留カードを返却する (必ず)。
  Return your Residence Card to immigration (mandatory).

その他／ Others

• 携帯電話・インターネットを解約し、精算する。
  Cancel your mobile phone and internet services.
  Settle any outstanding payments.
• 自動車・バイクの廃車手続
  譲る場合も、名義変更の手続きが必要です。
  Cancel your vehicle or motorcycle registration.
  Ownership transfer requires a title change.
