入学料・授業料免除の申請について

本学の授業料免除は，原則，学部生については「高等教育の修学支援新制度」で，大学院生については「従来からの免除制度」で行います。申請を希望する方は，下記の手順に従い申請を行ってください。
Tuition waivers at this university are generally administered under the "New System for Supporting Higher Education" for undergraduate students and the "Previous Waiver System" for graduate students. Applicants should follow the procedures below to apply.

２．以下の表を確認し，期限内に専用の登録フォームからエントリーしてください。

※授業料免除の継続を希望される方※

既に日本学生支援機構給付奨学生採用された方で，授業料免除の継続を希望される方については，適格認定の結果をもって授業料減免の審査を行い，10月～11月頃に結果を通知するため，エントリー申請や奨学金説明会の参加は不要です。

家庭の事情により，授業料減免を辞退される方のみ，学生課生活支援係までご連絡ください。

　

３．奨学金の手続きを行う。

　エントリー締め切り：2026年9月17日（木）

　※エントリーの他，日本学生支援機構給付奨学金に申し込む必要があるためご注意ください。

　　説明会：2026年9月24日（木）　13：30～14：30

結果通知

入学料・授業料免除の結果は，12月頃に通知予定です。

学内の掲示や教務情報システム，メールで通知予定ですので，見逃さないようご注意ください。

審査の結果，支払が必要になった場合は，通知書に記載の期日までにお支払いください。

２．対象者であることを確認し，期限内に専用の登録フォームから申請してください。

Confirm your eligibility and apply via the dedicated registration form within the deadline.

　

【大学院生：入学料および授業料免除】エントリーフォーム Entry Form

　　　　　　　　　

After registering via the form, you will receive an automated reply containing a URL to download the necessary forms. Please download the required forms and prepare your submission documents. Please note that if you intentionally submit information with obvious deficiencies in the form, your entry will be invalidated.

４．受付期限までに指定された方法で学生課生活支援係へ書類を提出してください。期間外の提出は無効となります。

 Please submit the documents to the Student Affairs Office, Student Support Section, by the specified method and deadline. Submissions outside this period will be invalid.

申請期限  Application Deadline

エントリー締切：９月１０日（木） Entry Deadline: September 10 (Thu)

書類提出締切　：９月１７日（木）必着　Document Submission Deadline: September 17 (Thu)

　　　　　　　※学外入学者は，上記期限までに必着で送付してください。

結果通知  Results Notification

　おおよそ１１月頃に通知する予定です。結果の通知までは入学料及び授業料の徴収は行われません。
We plan to notify applicants around November. No admission fees or tuition will be collected until the results are notified.

　

　選考の結果，納入金額が発生する場合は通知書に記載されます。

免除されるものと思い込み，結果通知後に支払えないと申し出をする方がいますが，通知内容以上の免除や納入期限の猶予が行われることはありません。要求が悪質な場合，以降の受付を拒否することがあります。

不明な点がある場合は，以下に記載している問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。

If a payment amount is determined as a result of the selection process, it will be stated in the notification letter.

Some individuals mistakenly assume they are exempt and later claim they cannot pay after receiving the results notification. However, no exemptions beyond what is stated in the notification or extensions to the payment deadline will be granted. In cases of malicious requests, future applications may be refused.
